Iv been waiting for 3 weeks for a response of a query that I logged via email which needed urgent rectification.<br> <br> iv only written to Hello Peter 3 times in my life and unfortunately all 3 have been about Liberty's Own Your Life<br> <br> Funny enough they respond quicker when I write to Hello P. then when I contact them directly
