Failure to escalate Directive issue

i resigned form work in April 2024. Liberty has failed to sucessfully process my claim with SARS. i have been sent to SARS more than 10times without any sucecess. the Liberty agent told me to arrange a meeting with SARS directive manager and the Liberty manager. i mean how do you say that to a client? the dirctive keeps rejecting and SARS has informed them that they must check if there is a mistake on theor side they have refused. it has been the most difficult 7months of my life. i have always trusted liberty but the lack of escalation and concern is very disappointing
