Extremely Poor Service & No Customer Service!!

It has been months since I have been trying to withdraw my pension from Liberty, what a complete nightmare and painful process!

No withdraw forms received and no service at all! Liberty service is awful! Been sending the same emails over and over again.

Withdrew my money from Alan Gray, Coronations and Old Mutual and had ZERO problems or delays - in fact I received my money in that week.

Liberty why must you be so difficult and ignore my emails!!!!!!!!
