Extremely Poor Customer Services...

I have been struggling to get positive feedback from Liberty Group for months now... No one can assist me with regards to my Withdrawal notification on 1 of my policies with them. After numerous Calls and Emails, no one can give me confirmation when I will receive a pay out??? Extremely bad service every-time I call, I get put on hold for 25 minutes to half and hour and just get pushed through to their voice generated to "RATE" their service. No Customer Service can be as bad as theirs...
