Extremely Dissatisfied with Liberty Financial Services’ Lack of Communication and Service

I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the unacceptable level of service I have experienced in dealing with my payout. From the beginning, there has been a complete lack of communication on your part. Not once have I received any proactive updates on the status of my query; every single follow-up has been initiated by me. It is simply unacceptable to leave a client in the dark, forcing them to chase answers for what should be a straightforward process.

To make matters worse, I was misled about the payout date. After being assured that the payment would be processed by a specific date, I found myself empty-handed, with no explanation or update. This misleading information is not only unprofessional but has also eroded my trust in your services. Following this, I have been given a continuous run-around with no concrete answers, making it clear that you are neither prioritizing my query nor handling it with the respect and urgency it deserves.

The inconvenience caused by this delay has taken a significant amount of my time and energy—time that I could have devoted to more productive matters. This lack of efficiency and communication from Liberty Financial Services has not only disrupted my plans but has shown a disregard for my needs as a client.

I expect a response within the next immediately with a clear ETA on my payout. Anything less than that will reinforce my view that Liberty Financial Services does not value its clients or its commitments. I trust you will take this seriously and provide a resolution immediately.
