Extremely disappointing experience with Liberty

Extremely disappointing experience with Liberty. The transfer of our funds has been painfully slow, with excessive delays despite all required documentation being submitted in full and on time. What made the situation worse was being asked for additional documents after everything had already been provided, which shows poor internal coordination and a lack of proper upfront checks. Communication was slow and unclear, and there was very little sense of urgency throughout the process. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a stressful and drawn-out experience. Based on this experience alone, if I were given a choice between a Liberty fund and another provider, I would choose the other fund without hesitation. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in Liberty’s service and efficiency.
