Extremely bad performance from Liberty

I am so disappointed in liberty. I app**** in December for my R A payout only to be told a no month later of an outstanding form after I called them.

Was told would be paid out this week and still nothing has happened. When emailed today they say the form is still outstanding. When you phone them they don't answer and you leave your number for them to phone you back but they don't!

Worst service from such a big company.

I took that money cause I resigned from that job and I need the money to survive. But still nothing. Its amazing how quick they are to take our money every month but when it's time to give it back we must wait. Imagine if we told them to wait 2 weeks and then just decide not pay them.

I am fuming just typing this from the service from them!!!!! Also the fact that you must deal with a call centre and not an individual person makes me so angry.

I wonder if i will ever get my money.
