Exceptional Service

Hi There

I have been dealing with Muhammed Bhaila from Liberty Life Braamfontein for a few months now, and the service that I have been receiving from him has just been exceptional.

I have been with Liberty Life for a few years now, and have never received this kind of service. I cancelled my policies with them earlier this year, when I received a call from Muhammed to retain me. The amount of time, adequacy and efficiency that Muhammed has put into explaining the need for the various policies that I was inquiring about, and the information that he provided to suit my needs (not just wanting to make a quick buck), has been amazing. He has definitely put my mind at ease and I've understood the need for various policies, much better than Ihave before.

The constant follow up and feedback from Muhammed has been exceptional.

We definitely need more people like him in the business.
