Excellent service

I called into the call centre today to get an endowment policy and a lady by the name of maraba shabalala answered the call in a very friendly and professional manner i specifically spoke to her and another lady who assisted me to get a funeral policy whose name i have forgotten- but i could not believe how friendly and helpful these people were im so excited to be starting my journey will liberty and i will be telling everyone about the great service i got i deal with call centers frequently and after a while you get so used to the bad service but today i was amazed, thank you so much you are definitely assets i hope your bosses appreciate you!! :)
