Estate late claim

We have recently been trying to get assiatnce in claiming for my aunt's retirement annuity/fund and we received a list of things to be submitted.

On the list they mention Letter of Authority, death certificate, and other documents but the problem came where they mention we need to submit a statement of the fund.

We have sent multiple emails asking them where would we find this but till now we have not received any feedback.

What I fail to understand is why would the statement be requested considering this is information readily available internally and 3rd parties wouldn't know where to find this.

Basically our entire claim is now in hold because of a statement of the fund.

This is very frustrating. I'm writing g this on behalf of my sister in law who is the surviving family member of the deceased along with her children whom she is trying to claim for.

The fund belongs to Ms. JMJ Maseko ID#***.

Can someone please assist us in this situation
