Enough is Enough

I get extremely uneasy when I read others reviews as I have had a life policy with liberty life for many years. Every time I email them they don’t answer. Dates emailed are 19/07/20, 23/07/20, 25/07/20, 27/07/20 and 04/08/20. I am now living in England and cannot phone them which I don’t think would make any difference as said in many negative reviews. If I’m battling like this what am I to expect when the day comes to claim (my life insurance on someone else’s life). Liberty life if you are not prepared to react to this small thing give me back the money I’ve been paying for the last 13 years. I’ve had enough of your incompetence and disinterest in your customers. I cannot give you my correct mobile number as I’m in the UK. Enough is enough
