Empty Promises about ADDLIB Bonus Payouts

Not impressed with Liberty at all at the moment. I was promised countless times that after five years an ADDLIB Bonus payout will occur. My five years with Liberty is this December 2023. But this morning I received a phone call from Liberty and they confirmed that apparently I do not meet the minimum requirements that they suddenly apply to be guaranteed this ADDLIB Bonus. This is totally unacceptable to me as this is the FIRST time ever I hear about the "minimum requirements". For me it feels like it was empty promises just to get another client.
