Emails don't get answered

Requested info on my policy and am still waiting. They don't answer emails. That is absolutely pathetic customer service! I have sent about 4 emails to date, all I have received are automated answers saying they will get back to me which they obviously don't.. *** is useless. You need to do something about your pathetic customer service. Email me only. Do not phone me.
