******ed mother claim process

I am utterly disappointed in Liberty. I honestly thought that I would have received a call from Noni by now and it's been 10 days and still no call. I know it's takes 72hours to get tax clearance from Sars and she confirmed 5 days then for claim to pay out. Now it's like there is silence and I hear no feedback after emails sent and her number constantly busy. So I was so impressed and now hate to say disappointed
