Dumbfounded Liberty Life

No one at liberty has been able to inform me about a policy I have since before 1994 and they keep debiting my account. The appointed agent has been unsuccessful with a query and now I am personally asking a responsible person to telephone contact me to clarify this policy. I am frustrated at the service from Liberty and would consider contacting the ombudsman on financial and insurance institutions.
