Double debit order
I was double debited on my bank account. Sent a query, got a reference number. No action for over 3 x days so called. Told to fill in a form, which had not been provided when I initially queried. Ridiculous that I must complete a form and wait 3 days for the refund when the error was by Liberty? What kind of service is that, not good, that's what. I sit out of pocket and out of budget for 2 weeks for their error?

11 May 2026, 15:49Good day, it should have been resolved over 3 days ago already. The email response stated I would be contacted within 24 hours which never happened. Now it's 6 x days later and I must still wait for 3 x more days to get a refund for monies you erroneously deducted, and I had to fill in a form for your error. That's ludicrous
