Double debit

Debiting my account after I called and informed them not to debit my account as there wont be enough funds. Called requesting my money back since the 2nd of Aug 2022 was told to fill in a form and refund will take about 24 to 48hrs by Banele Fakude. Been calling since leaving messages been emailing but no assistance not even from the manager Lucia was told was Banele Fakudes manager. They are unbothered after 13 years I will be taking my business were it will be valued.
