Don't waste your time with Liberty Life! Their Client Services lacks big time and their lack of care & respect for.clients speaks volumes for the poor service one is to expect!

I've been chasing after Sharon Peters, from Client Services for several weeks now, so as to get clarity regarding an email that she sent to me. Weeks later, I am no further advanced, as my emails have gone ignored. Yet another member of Liberty rep**** my email yesterday, asking her if she has responded, and today, she simply sent an automated message instructing me to contact the underwriters! What a pathetic, horrible, attitude! She couldn't take the time to respond to a simple question relating to HER initial instructions! She has kept me on hold for weeks without a response, delaying me from making progress, then finally displays a bad attitude! Service from Liberty life lacks big time!.
