DONT TRUST LIBERTY with your money!!!

My standard bank financial advisor advised me to investment in Liberty, while not even informing me of the std bank 10.55% fixed deposit which, 2 days later i found out about and asked him to cancel my liberty policy which wasnt even created at the time. I sent Liberty the documents and asked them to cancel it exercising my cooling off period, I called multiple times asking if they can fast track it, which they didnt...and 2 weeks later i am receiving welcome emails with my policy numbers...i called and tried to escalate and finally get my money back, but its 35k less on a capital guaranteed investment during my cooling off period which i am entitled to 100%. This is quite disgusting customer service from an investment house, and the call centres dont give any numbers out, so all you can do is sit and wait until someone gets back to you...Not sure who is suppose to assist me with this?? DONT BOTHER INVESTING WITH LIBERTY. THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE SO DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!!
