Don't Trust Liberty Life With Your Life

Dear Liberty Life and any future investors considering taking out life insurance with Liberty please read my story below.

I am not one for publicly shaming , however for this , I want people to be aware of the Carleton’s they are dealing with…

For 11 years I had my life insurance with Discovery, around 1 year ago I was approached by a Liberty representative / broker. They assured me that if I moved all my policies over, I would be looked after and will receive the care and consideration all investors deserve.

We are now over 1 year since I did this, Liberty took all my contributions made to Discovery and have happily been debiting my account every month for my premiums.

Around 1 month ago, liberty decided they need to do blood and urine test on me. I was happy to oblige as I am 34 years old , I don’t feel sick and was under the impression that this is a routine thing.

Fast Forward 1 month… ( Today) I am informed by the broker that Liberty have decided to cancel my life insurance with immediate effect due to my results. I don’t drink or do drugs, so there must be something wrong with my health..

Instead of covering me like they are supposed to , they chose to keep quiet , cancel my insurance , take my 12 years of contributions and should there be something seriously wrong with me, leave me to die! With no knowledge of what’s wrong with me.

This is appalling!
