DONT MESS WITH MY MONEY !!!!

The Gateway Division has messed me around since I first app**** to withdraw a part payment from my investment.

This usually takes 5 working days. My first application was done on the 9th November it was rejected due to me not having proof of residence.

On the 16th the final application went through with accepted proof of address.

I still have not received the funds I app**** for. I received a notification from my broker saying it was paid into my account in the 21st November .....nothing showing in my account as yet. EVEN THOUGH THE MATTER WAS ESCALATED TWICE !!!

I called this morning and spoke to Luke. Who tells me the funds have still not been released, Im furious, DONT MESS WITH PEOPLES MONEY !!!! DONT MESS WITH MY MONEY!!!

I want this money in my account COB today !!!

I have never had such bad service from Liberty but this has made me really angry

I want to know what is being done about this ?
