Dont ever take liberty life products it is exhausting and frastrating

I have sent a withdrawal request on the 30 of October 2023 and till today I have not received the money. It has passed the 6 weeks that the withdrawal is supposed to take. All i get is sms i dont understand.When i call i was told that they waiting for my employer 2 confirm if i resigned or not. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I warn every1 not 2 take their products anymore. The call centre staff is aggresive when you are enquiring .
