Don't forget whose money you are investing!

<p>It appears Liberty has forgotten whose money they are investing. I have had a number of investments with Liberty and ever since the broker I dealt with left Liberty, I am not able to get information about the performance of my portfolio. When I enquired about this, they keep pointing me to their Blueprint portal, but I am not able to retrieve the Rate of Return information from there, due to ongoing errors. I have sent numerous email to ********** and have had several promises that these reports will be sent to me by email, but have still not received it. It looks like the only way I will be able to determine how these have performed is by taking it away and giving it to someone else to manage? Is that really what you want me to do?</p>
