Doesn't care about answering clients

I have emailed a request to make changes to my Liberty Lifestyle Protector policy. And I get no response from ***. Not even an auto response. I have emailed *** and get absolutely no response.

This is the most shocking service ever. Next I will be going to the Ombudsman.
