My father passed away in December 29.we have been lodging claims on his policy until now. At first they seemed like they want to help us, the sent us an email to send documents on, I have sent the documents twice, I have sent complaints they don't respond they don't follow up, now they send letters that my fathers policy is lapsing. My mother is so frustrated by this people loosing her husband was bad enough.
