Do not waste your time with Liberty, they have NO SERVICE!!!

2nd time after holding for more than 25mins each time, where the service consultant answered the call and just drops it straight after. You can send emails, you can phone, you can do whatever you feel like .... Liberty just does not want to help you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have a magnitude of Reference numbers on follow-up etc.
