DO NOT USE LIBERTY FOR DISABILITY / CRITICIAL ILLNESS /KEYMAN COVER

I sincerely advise anyone looking for Critical Illness or disability cover to look elsewhere. I have been struggling for 7 months to get claims approved and they will find any reason not to payout. The definitions and procedures are so confusing and for an ordinary person to understand how to claim , what documents to provide or what criteria needs to be met is ridiculous. When you really need the insurance they will NOT be there for you. Forget about the Terminal Illness benefit, they took so long on my fathers claim he passed away before it could get approved and then I had to restart the application from scratch.
