DO NOT TAKE OUT POLICIES WITH AN LIBERTY LIFE ADVISOR!

Pathetic service and this in an already struggling economy. People resigning at your company should not affect your clients nor should it ever give your ADVISERS the reason to speak to clients like they doing you a favour when you need help with a policy. I've been trying to cancel my policies and get my money refunded from liberty life since 17th August with Bradley Skippers after 8 working days I have not received my money or contact from liberty .I emailed following up to which I got this response.from Bradley." I am trying my best on my side, despite not being the initial Adviser and you cancelling your policies. I could have transferred your request to another broker for assistance, but instead I decided to be of assistance, and is more than happy doing so." After 12 working days still nothing. I called into liberty myself where I was told there was things not completed by the "adviser" the call centre was kind enough to help with with all the needed documents. But told me I needed to wait an additional 6 to 8 days to have the process completed . From the 17 August 2023 to the 15 September 2023. And my issue is still not resolved. Thank heavens I cancelled my policies with you, what I'd I had to pass away, my family would have had endless battles trying to get competent people to assist! All I want is my money back so I can wipe this bad taste out of my mouth!
