DO NOT TAKE OUT ANY POLICIES WITH LIBERTY LIFE

The advisers are just after your commission, they there to sell a product so that they can make money if you need after sales service they are all missing and it takes forever for them to get back to you bc they would rather help someone new and make money then to help and existing client that they already got commission on. You paying for a service and there is NO service, what the point of having a broker if they never get back to you, you end up working directly with the call center that takes your time, phoning and emailing and confirming over and over. When you doe phone your broker they always have an excuse that they are out seeing clients or are busy and will get back to you... but they never do.... like i said you are not making them money so you are at the bottom of the list. Terrible service after double debit orders the wrong debit orders , the wrong quotes the wrong everything i can carry on for days its been a horrible experience for the last 3 months. that i have decided to CANCELLED everything with Liberty. I am tired to feel like i am wasting their time and that i am not important and writing up new clients takes priority. If i am not good enough for you then my money that i pay on time every month are also not important enough for you.
