Dissatisfied liberty life client

In 2015 I invested R50 000 with liberty for a period of 5 years. The financial advisor who helped me put my money in propety, last year 2019 i realised that my money was not making me any profit instead of going up it was going down. It was at R40 000 when i went to liberty and wanted to take my money and i was told that the financial advisor who was handling my portfolio was no longer with liberty and i was given a new one who explained to me that property was not doing well rather i not take the money but he will change it from property to something else and i agreed. Only this year july 2020 i get a message that my money is now R36 000 i go and ask what happened, the guy helping me tells me that my money is still in property and worse of it all my portfolio does not have a financial advisor looking after it. I requested to withdraw my money as i could see that liberty is not interested in helping people rather they want to take our money and use it for their own benefit and that happened on the 6th of August when i was told to wait 4 to 7 working days and yet on 19th august my money has not been deposited. I write with a sad heart because i want to know if i can hold liberty life responsible for losing money which i in trusted with them? Mrs N.T PULA
