Disrespectful!!!!!!!

I queried why my income was not paid on 21/22 January. A team leader was extremely quick to respond the following morning before 6am that all payments are processed after a weekend and that I must wait until the 25th. Never has it ever been the case that they don't pay me over the weekend but I accepted the information given. Now today when the monies are not in my account nobody has responded to me since 7am. I am not sure if Liberty let's their employees run around for their pay but they are surely not giving my request any urgency nor respect!!!!!
