Disrespect/ Public indecency

Today I visited liberty Life office at Phuthaditjhaba (Qwa-qwa), with the mind of making a follow-up on my claim and then get new investment policy. But what I saw in the office made me change my mind. The FA or one of the staff member (lady), walked in customer space from her back office with barefoot and unbuckled jeans (buttons), and Zipp. I was so disgusted and I thought she ddnt realize that there were customers in office. But to show that she ddnt mind, this lady came second time around with the same describe indecency, ??????????, mxm... Some people I dnt understand why they work with clients. Liberty please buy your staff uniform we see disgusting behavior in Phuthaditjhaba. ?????. Please do something... I even lost interest in investing with you Guys.
