Dishonesty

I have been getting bank notification from my bank that Stash is trying to deduct money. I have written emails and called Liberty life and I was referred back to Stash, I was told to stop challenges of which I did but till today nothing has changed. I have been taken from pillar to post over a small issue that can be resolved. I have found this as *****ulent on their side because I have to pay bank charges instead of saving. The aim of me starting to Stash was to save but I found myself no longer enjoying. The incompetency and dishonesty of the agents is appalling.
