Dishonesty

i took out a policy with Liberty via their broker and it was sad to find that the information captured in my policy is incorrect and was also never sent to me for confirmation, is Liberty doing this to reject claims at claim stage? the Broker Mhlonishwa Biyase was visiting me at my office and had the energy to always call me only to capture incorrect information that i never gave him?

i am shocked about how you respect your client and how honest you are by capturing incorrect information on my policy and waiting for claim stage to reject my claim

i called Nnana Letwaba from client service at 12:36 call referrence ********** 8 and unfortunately she failed to also assist with my query how said is that, i even asked that i send her an email but she refused as the company doesnt even have ownership of complaints before it gets to the media

i always thought Liberty was the best company but maybe i am wrong and i am happy that i havent claim yet and this is my opportunity to go and seek for another policy from another company that will be honest and respect me as their client and take ownership

no symphathy but i just sense the its not my fault answer

Nnana could have also escalated without any email or media complain

i hope i will get feedback but for now i doubt it as i lost trust in the company not after capturing wrong information so it can have an influence at claim stage and claim be rejected
