DISHONEST, IRRESPONSIBLE, *************, *********** *******
Why did you *****ently debiting my account. You did not have my permission! This is THEFT! I canceled all my policies and debit orders still went off. I telephonically confirmed the cancelations twice with your offices and requested written confirmation, which i never received, go listen to the recordings. I don't have time to waste on your incompetence and this should be rectified IMMEDIATELY. This is unacceptable and your cancelations process leaves much to be desired. Improve that! Such an INCONVENIENCE.
Please register an official complaint and I expect urgent feedback as well as my refunds. Failure to do so today, will result in me reporting Liberty to the various Regulatory Aurhorities.

07 Jul 2022, 16:33I have not been assisted, the consultant, Lerato Rikhotso, just acknowledged my complaint. I requested feedback from the same consultant, who promised that I will be contacted, but to date no feedback, no reply or no progress. I have not received my refund either! Is this really the quality and professionalism of the LIBERTY BRAND?????
