Disgutsted by poor service and lack of feedback

The Disability Claims Team Liberty Corporate - the worst department ever, being referred from one person to the other and the person who is supposed to be dealing with my mother's claim is Earl Clarke - he doesnt even have the decency to acknowledge receipt of our emails and the claim was approved in Dec 2020 to date not even a cent paid nor an email advising what the delay is. I am disgusted!!!!
