Disgusting service from liberty pension

Worst service ever from liberty pension. Will never recommend liberty to any one. Been waiting for a revised pension tax certificate since 10th Oct sent many emails gets ignored no reply. Phone calls mean nothing all u get is its getting investigated. Now this week all you get is the person is unavailable. Is everyone on holiday already . I have a final notice from sars already but liberty drags their feet .
