Disgusting service from Liberty Life!

If I could give a 0 star I would! Absolutely furious at the lack of communication. Feels like you’re emailing ghosts as they do not respond for weeks. Not sure if they still work on “working at home”. I put in inverted commas as they do not work! If I’m not being forced to increase my monthly debits because “it’s not enough” it’s being told by the financial advisor that my husband must open an account as he is a breadwinner and how can a man not invest. This rude and very disgusting attitude made me want to cancel from their services. Only to realise that this has taken more than a month! And still not completed. I’ve emailed regarding my query on cancellation on the 19th of March. 25th march: I got an email asking if there’s an alternative option I would consider. This lady, Tasneem, was helpful and understandable but unfortunately she went on leave. After filling in the forms that was requested for cancellation, I haven’t gotten a response only until the 2nd of April and requesting supporting documents. I sent the documents the same day. The 9th of April they asking for other supporting documents. Which again i sent the same day. No communication until the 19th or April where more documents were requested and also the same documents as previously sent many times. This was frustrating as it was now a month and there was no consistency in their emails. Until now I only received one payment and not the other. And to add to that they took 20% off my investment total!!! Where does it state in which document that they are allowed to subtract an amount !? So actually instead of my investment growing I have lost money! What a waste of money! And honestly bull**** of service! I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.
