Disgusting service from Liberty

I am utterly disgusted with the services from Liberty.my husband was called in May for some retirement fund monies owing to him and to date they have not paid out.

We received a call from an agent who requested our tax numbers which we sent to him on the 11 June 2020.

Today we receive an email requesting tax number. During this pandemic and difficult time Liberty has no sense of remorse for their clients.
