Disgusting service by Liberty!!!

Words cannot even begin to express how frustrated I am with liberty right now! My husband passed away on the 24 of April 2019! Liberty has had all the excuses in the world not to pay, they requested document after document AFTER DOCUMENT!!! When I finally managed to send all required documents. They app**** for tax directive at SARS and sent me an email that it was declined stating that "the information used to apply for the directive is not the same as the one on their data base" I went to SARS they gave me a printout of the information they have and I emailed it to Liberty! They app**** for the tax directive again which was declined for the second time! I went back to SARS and when the lady checked on their system she discovered that Liberty DID NOT USE THE CORRECT INFORMATION TO APPLY FOR THE DIRECTIVE!!! They used his old address instead of the updated one that I provided and instead of writing both his names on the request they only wrote one and other stupid mistakes that Liberty did when they requesting for the directive. I was was so disgusted by this company. I called them numerous times this week no one could assist me all their agents just keep saying they've sent a note for the agent in charge of the case because although I sent another email to liberty after going to SARS on the 19th today on the 24th the tax directive HAS NOT BEEN REQUESTED AGAIN!!! I am tired and I don't know what to do anymore, to those considering joining liberty please read this before you decide. Even on the letter that they sent me from the trustees our names were written incorrectly, with all the information tight before you you still write do such stupid mistakes??? Who is not doing their job at Liberty??? The funny thing is my husband had another policy with another insurance company and when they app**** for the directive it was approved immediately and they paid out last year already!!! Liberty is playing with people's lives I can't wait to get what's due to me and I never want anything to do with this company ever again. Ps. Join Liberty at your own risk!!!! I am disgusted.
