Disgusting Service

I am so disgusted by the service from liberty corporate who for the past week have been blatantly ignored by the customer support department. I have sent a notice of withdrawal in March and was told the SLA for payment is 10 days. I have still not received payment, I have emailed *** multiple times and last got a response from Cheryl Rigney on the 7th April that the complaint was sent to the claims department. I have followed up every day ever since and no one has even bothered to respond to my emails. I have asked to be contacted by a manager and still again my mails were being ignored. this is truly pathetic and I doubt they will even care to respond on this platform
