Disgusting Service

Good day, this is to advise that i engaged the services of Liberty Life for life cover and an agent came out to me and went through the entire sales pitch and explained all that i needed to know about the cover. I was very content with the service received and decided to go ahead with the purchasing of the policy. They (Liberty Life ) sent out a medic to me at my work place to get my blood samples to have the blood tested so i would be fully covered for all dreaded diseases which i was covered for. After being fully covered for all diseases a few months later i was diagnosed with Rhumatiod Artheritis, i then submitted a claim and just by the way that was almost two years ago and to date i have had no results. Every attempt at enquiring about the status of my claim i get told its pending feedback from doctors. Liberty Life has done absolutely nothing in terms of assisting me as their client. I have never seen such incompetence in my life. I seriously recommend that people stop dealing with Liberty Life as they are absolutely useless and are just their to take peoples money and when assistance is required they don't give a damn.
