Disgusting non service from Liberty
I have been asking for feedback regarding a Life policy claim for my late father, this has been going on for the past 6 weeks, I know tht my emails are read as I get confirmation from "eflow ops claim" and yet there is never a reply. Guys, whats up with this sort of terrible service, will someone get their act together get this sorted out ASAP.
