Disgusted with Liberty Life

I had an RAF with Liberty life that has been paid up for years now. I recently transferred a significant portion of my retirement funds to Alex Forbes and therefore wanted my RAF from liberty to be transferred to Alex Forbes. Since April 2024 my financial advisor and I have submitted the requested documents to Liberty life and responded to all their requests. But since April 2024 they keep delaying the process by making other silly requests and keep indicating that it will take another 180 days to finalize. I am disgusted with Liberty Life. This is my money, and I have a right to do with it as I please. So, all Liberty life clients out there, beware of them. They will treat you with the same utter disrespect and disregard. I am losing money by not transferring my funds as currently my RAF is not growing at Liberty Life. Get this Liberty - it is MY MONEY NOT YOURS!!!
