Disgusted with Liberty Life

I am very discusted with the service at Liberty Life. I am still waiting for them to sort out my quarry !! Tebogo Malele and Mongezi Dubula both worked on my case, Tebogo even confirmed she did received my documentation that I have sent to her in January 2019 this after I have been sending the documentation since end November. I then spoke to Mongezi whom I told I am going to forward him all communication since end November. He were suppose to take it up with Management. I am still waiting and I have been sending emails each week to both of them and to info@Liberty and Headoffice@liberty nothing!!!!!!

This is my Life Policy we are talking about -- Don't want to think what will happen it my relatives need to claim one day, but his will not happen as I am going to cancel my Policy.
