Disgusted liberty pension fund

My mother in law receives a pension from liberty pension fund . She got her tax certificate for the year and earnings is wrong. Several calls over months and emails we still sit with a certificate with wrong earnings. Sars is penalizing my mother in law but yet liberty doesn't come back to us with any answers. ITS DISGUSTING THAT A 91 YEAR OLD MUST SIT WITH THIS STRESS. IF THIS IS HOW YOU WORK I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND LIBERTY TO ANYONE. What does it take to get a tax certificate rectified
