Disgusted. Infuriated. Shocked by consultant behaviour.

I was so offended and utterly disgusted by the service of a consultant who gave me a call yesterday. I wish I would have written down her name. After I told her I was already covered by another policy, she rudely dropped the phone on me without replying or even saying another word. That was extremely rude of her. I was very offended by this barbaric behaviour. Just because a client is not in need of your services, it doesn't give you the right to be rude to them by dropping the phone like that. I doubt that's what they were taught at college regarding office professional telephone s****s. I wish I could vomit, the way I'm so disgusted. Now I'm gonna tell everyone about Liberty Life on every platform so they don't join their policies.
