Disgusted in liberty service
Good day I've been trying to get my Savings out from liberty life for the past 2 weeks the service is so weak. My financial adviser just ignores all my messages I have 2 investment plans and one normal savings account I requested for a R3000. 00 and still waiting... This is my money I am disgusted by liberty their service is horrible I would not recommend anyone and I mean ANYONE to join them they dont care for their customers they ignore you and reply when they want to its horrible I could not stress enough to my financial adviser Attie Bernardo how desperately I needed this money as he knows I'm currently unemployed. I'm disappointed, disgusted, your service Attie is horrible you represent your company I would like to cancel EVERYTHING I have with liberty immediately, 2 investment accounts, 1 normal savings account and my life cover . This is a serious matter
