Disgraceful behaviour, waste of time n worthless

After querying ONLY the existance of my deceased father in laws policys he comes up with his laws of disclosure to a 3rd party.Other liberty employees told me what i needed to know.I simply asked y did he not state this initially and he contacts my husband n starts ranting n being abusive.ego problem.Clever to do this on a private cell phone n not on email.After complaining, the response was irrelevant.He denied it.We never want to deal with them again.No wonder their scores on business tech are low with trash like khan working there n they are okay with it!Dont bother wastin ur money truly, ul pay huge amounts from ur hard earned salary n leave next to nothin 4ur lovd 1s + they will go through abuse n humiliation n weeks waiting 4 a response.Liberty favours their pathetic employees not u as the client.Very fast to get money from u but otherwise they drag u through the mud!check d sad faces<br> Oh n liberty life, dnt respond with ur copy n paste message that goes..<br> \We apologise for the frustration you are experiencing.
