Disconnected Liberty life
I have been waiting over 24 hours for my call to be returned. This is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. The lack of urgency for their clients is also very disppicable. In your time of pain and mourning you then have to wait for delays to speak to anyone at Liberty life. Why is your call center not working. Why can't we track our claims on line either. Please get your affairs in order.

14 Feb 2022, 16:01I am yet to hear from Liberty Life 2 weeks after my complaint no one has contacted me. The has been no follow up to my claim and the call center still doesn't work. I truly regret having my policy with you and the sad part is that I still have a life policy with them. Maybe it's time I cancel that as well.
